Our teams prepare orders within 24 to 72 business hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@esmeemuse.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation”.

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we will unfortunately no longer be able to cancel it.

Our team will process your request as quickly as possible.

To return a product, simply contact us at contact@esmeemuse.com so we can register your request and send you the return label.

Once it has been issued, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

For refunds, return shipping fees of €3.90 are at your expense and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The item must be perfectly intact, unused (or only tried on), and in the exact condition in which you received it. Only returns that have been previously requested will be accepted.
